摘要
目的 :观察平阳霉素和 X射线对小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化的作用 ,为临床化疗用药和调整放疗剂量提供实验依据。方法 :采用脾淋巴细胞转化的 3H- Td R掺入法。结果 :随着平阳霉素浓度和电离辐射剂量的增加 ,小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化率逐渐降低 ;在平阳霉素加 10 Gy照射组 ,随着平阳霉素浓度增加其淋巴细胞转化率逐渐低于单纯 10 Gy照射组。结论 :平阳霉素与损伤剂量的 X射线之间有协同作用。为减轻化疗和放疗联合所产生的毒副作用 ,应减少平阳霉素的用量或放疗的剂量。
Objective:The effect of Pingyangmycin and ionizing radiation on the murine splenocyte transformation to provide experimental evidence for the dose of clinical chemotherapy and radiotherapy was observed.Methods:Splenic lymphocyte transformation of 3H-TdR incorporation was used.Results:The transformation of mouse splenic lymphocytes gradually decreased with the increase of Pingyangmycin concentration and irradiated doses.In Pingyangmycin plus 10 Gy irradiation group,the higher of Pingyangmycin concentration,the lower the transformation of splenic lymphocyte.Conclusion:There is a synergism between Pingyangmycin and 10 Gy X-rays radiation,therefore,the dose of Pingyangmycin or radiotherapy should be decreased to alleviate the side effects of combination chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
