正常成年人眼视网膜动静脉多普勒频谱形态观察

Doppler Features of Central Retinal Artery and Vein: An Observation of Frequency Shift Spectrum in HealthyAdults

摘要 目的:明确正常成人眼视网膜中央动脉(Central Retinal Artery,CRA)和视网膜中央静脉(Central Retinal Vein,CRV)的多普勒频谱特征。方法:采用 DRG眼用多普勒血流仪,对正常成年人男女各 24名双眼的 CRA、CRV多普勒频谱图象进行采集和形态分析。结果:正常的CRA频谱表现为规则、连续搏动的锯齿状图形。其上部多表现为直角三角形,在其三角形的斜边上常有两个小切迹,形成具有三个峰的复合波。正常成年人的CRV频谱表现为不太规则的但有一定起伏的连续波形。其最大频移时间在CRA复合波的第二波峰上,最小的频移时间在下一个CRA周期开始的上升段上。在吸气时CRV的频移幅度增大。结论:认识CRA和CRV的多普勒频谱特征是准确地测量这两条血管血流参数的前提。 To observe Doppler frequency shift features ofCentral Retinal Artery(CRA), and Vein(CRV) in healthy adults Methods: 24(48 eyes)male and 24 (48eyes)female healthy adults were included. The CRAs and CRVs morphological features of Doppler frequency shift spectrums were recorded and analyzed with DRG Doppler retinal flowmeter(10 Mhz probe). Results: The typical features of CRAs wrer: regular pulsatile continuous sawteeth-like curves and represented right-angle triangle at the top of frequency spectrums diagrams. There were two small notches on the hypotenuses with 'three peaks' combined-waves. The frequency shift diagrams of CRVs were no-regular functuant continuous waves and the time of maximum shift values of CRVs was the ' second peak' period in CRAs. However, the time of minimum shift values of CRVs was delayed to the beginning of next CRA curve cycle. CRVs shift values were increased when inspiration. Conclusion: Recogniztion the shift diagrams' features of CRAs and CRVs is the precondition to measure blood flow parameters accurately.
