腹腔镜手术治疗泌尿外科疾病82例并发症的临床分析

Clinical study of compilcations of peritoneoscopy to treat urinary systemic disease

目的 探讨腹腔镜手术并发症的原因及防治措施。方法 经腹腔途径 4 2例 ,经腹膜后途径 4 0例 ,其中 15例肾输尿管全长切除术联合尿道电切镜、腹腔镜完成。结果 术中并发症 11例 ,占 13.4 % ,术后并发症 5例 ,占 6 .1%。结论 腹腔镜手术应严格控制适应证 ,并需要一定的经验和熟练的配合以减少并发症。

Objective: To evaluate the cause, prevention and cure of laparoscopic complication.Methods:Transperitoneal laparoscopic operation was performed on 42 cases, retroperitoneal laparoscopic operation was performed on 40 cases, including 15 cases which were performed nephroureterectomy with urethral resectoscope and laparoscopy. Results:Eleven cases who had intraoperative complications were 13.4 %, 5 cases who had postoperative complications were 6.1 %.Conclusions: Fine technique, experiences and strict adaptation disease were needed for peritoneoscopy to decrease complications.
