新三联低剂量疗法治疗消化性溃疡78例疗效观察

Observation on the Effectiveness of New Triple Low Dose Therapy for Peptic Ulcer

目的 :探讨新三联低剂量疗法治疗的效果。方法 :对 78例消化性溃疡患者采用新三联低剂量治疗的临床资料结合文献进行回顾性分析。结果 :78例患者治愈 71例 ,有效 5例 ,无效 2例 ,总有效率 97 4 %。结论 :新三联低剂量治疗消化性溃疡 ,HP根除率高 ,溃疡愈合迅速 ,病人依从性好 ,疗程短 ,治疗简便。

Objective:To explore the treatment of peptic ulcer and the new triple low dose therapy for the disease.Methods:In combination with the documents,restropective analysis was made of the data of 78 patients with peptic ulcer.Results:Of 78 cases,the cure was found in 71,effective in 5,no effect in 2,and the total effective rate was 97.4%. Conclusion:The new therapy showed a high eradication rate,quick ulcer healing,short course,and simple treatment.
