摘要
通过特硅炉炉体检修的观察;对炉体结构、负荷、砖质、砖型及检修、操作工艺给炉体所造成的影响;对产生红底、击穿和铁水对砖熔蚀的原因分析;寻找对炉体及炉体砖侵蚀的原因,提出解决办法并加以改进;实践证明有助于延长炉体的使用寿命,降低电耗。
Observing the ferrosilicon furnace′s repairment process and the influence to the furnace and brick by various reasons.the article puts forward the effective way to improve it′s durability by sovling the above problems.It′s proved that the method is helpful to improve the shafe′s durability and reduce the electricity.
