摘要
文中指出形成“双峰漏斗”型煤气曲线的三要素是:原料条件、合理炉型及操作制度。降低炉料中 SiO_2含量,减少熔剂的单位消耗量,对获取标准型“双峰漏斗”煤气曲线作用重大。合理炉型的 Vu/A 比值应大于25、d_1/d>1.3。
This paper indicates that the three key elements forming the“two peaks and a funnel”shape CO_2 gas curve are the raw material condition,the rational furnace dimension and the operation regime.Reducing the SiO_2 in burden may decrease the flux materials consumption and this has significant influence to obtain the standard shape CO_2 curve.For rational furnace dimension the Vu/A would be more than 25 and d_1/d>1.3.
