2000kVA 直流电弧炉经历了两年多冶炼硅锰合金的实践。进行了炉体解剖,从中观察到炉底结构发生的变化,熔池情况和熔体物的组成。根据以上认识和操作经验对此电炉进行了技术改造,生产中取得了较好的技术经济指标.
2000kVA D.C.arc furnace has operated more than two years.Digging out was done in the hearth from which the changes occured on furnace bottom structure, the melting bath and the composition of the melt were observed.According to above realization and operation experiences,this furnace had been reformed and gained better results.
