摘要
20世纪90年代初开始,跨国公司就开始通过并购的方式进入我国,影响跨国公司在华并购涉足行业的因素很多,在这些因素的影响下,跨国公司在华并购的热点将随着各个行业的外资准入政策限制逐步取消而逐级展开、蔓延。
Since the 1990s, transnational companies (TNC) began to enter China by M&A. There are many factors influencing the industry choosing. The author holds that the cancellation of the limits on the foreign capital permit polices in each industry is decisive in the future.
