摘要 介绍了分子印迹聚合物 (MolecularlyImprintedPloymer,MIP)在分离生物大分子———多肽、蛋白质等领域中的应用进展 ,及其发展前景。 Molecularly imprinted technology is a rising cross-link technology on biochemistry, structure chemistry, material chemistry. Molecularly imprinted polymer processing functional groups and spatial cavities, are prepared by molecular template technique, template molecules can be selectively recognized. A review of their applications in peptides and proteins and practicable potentials was given.
