摘要 介绍了硼合金的脱铝原理及国外脱铝方法.辽阳铁合金厂采用重熔、氯化、造渣等方法,对硼铁及其它硼合金进行精炼,获得符合非晶合金生产要求的低铝硼合金.使用氧化矿石作脱铝剂,其脱铝率达90%以上,硼收率高于80%。 The principle of dealuminization for boron alloys and the method used at abroad is instroduced.A process which comprosed of remelting and,slag-mak- ing for refining ferroboron and boron alloy was used in Liaoyang Ferroalloy Works to abtain the low-aluminum boron alloys in accordance with requirmen- ts of amorphous alloys.The oxide ores were used as a dealuminizing agent and attained a dealuminization deree bver 90% as well as a born recovery more than 80%
