在电硅热法微碳铬铁生产中,通过工艺操作和用电制度的改进,同时加强原料管理,保证精料入炉,减少了冶炼过程中合金的增碳,从而使大部分产品的含碳量达到了≤0.03%的较好水平.
In production of low-carbon ferromhrome with electric-silico-thermic proc- ess,the carburization has been reduced by means of improving the process op- eration,the power input regime and the burden preparation.This makes the metal produced with a carbon content of 0.03% or less.
