公安院校挫折教育刍议

On frustration education in police schools

挫折教育即有计划、有针对性地对被教育者进行挫折心理分析和疏导 ,旨在锻炼和提高其耐挫能力。挫折教育是素质教育的重要组成部分。公安院校的挫折教育亟待加强 ,公安院校的学生易在适应性、人际关系、择友恋爱、事故灾难、择业就业等方面遭受挫折。挫折教育是社会发展与进步的需要 ,是公安职业生活的需要 ,是人才培养和人才成长的需要。要教育和引导学生确立正确的挫折观 ,通过多种途径和方法培养学生的耐挫能力 ,学习和掌握应对挫折的方法与技巧。

Frustration education refers to planned and orientated psychological analysis and persuasion on the educated about their frustrations, aiming to practice and strengthen their ability to endure setbacks, so it is the important component of quality-orientated education. It needs reinforcement in police schools in that students tend to suffer setbacks in adaptability, social relations, romantic affairs, accidents and disasters, and career choices. It is needed by social development, by public security professional life and by talents fostering. It is necessary to educate and guide students to set up outlook of frustration and to train students' ability to endure setbacks and grasp ways and skills to handle them.
