尿素水解水和合成工艺冷凝液的回收利用

摘要 介绍合成工艺冷凝液和尿素水解水经过处理后代替软化水应用在脱盐系统 ,效果较好 ,提高了浮床的制水批量 ,减少废水排放 ,节约大量新鲜水 。 Presents the application of the treated systhesis process condensated and urea hydrolyzed water in desalting system instead of soft water.The good results show that the bulk of water made from floating bed is increased,wastewater emission is decreased,and large amount of fresh water is saved.But there is still a problem of the flocculants enlarging the pressure differential in the cation resin bed.
