旋转聚丙烯管式膜器微滤试验研究

Research on microfiltration with rotary polypropylene tubular membrane separator

摘要 通过正交试验考察了悬浮液浓度、膜管转速和轴向流量对膜器过滤速率的影响;找出了最优的操作条件,微滤模型的计算结果和试验数据吻合. Rotary tubular membrane separators have a variety of application due to their high performance.Factors such as suspension's concentration, angular velocity of membrane tube and axial flux affect the filtration rate of the separator.Effects of the above factors were investigated by experimental and theoretical methods and the optimal operational conditions were found.Calculation values of the mathematical model are consistent with the experimental results.
