摘要
随着现代战争向网络中心战转变,雷达组网作战是防空武器系统发展趋势,其作战效能分析可为防空雷达组网提供辅助决策。为了评估组网雷达作战效能,结合雷达组网的因素分析,运用模糊数学的方法,提出了组网雷达作战效能评价指标体系,建立了三级模糊评判模型,并利用层次分析法确定了各因素的权重,提出了组网雷达作战效能的量化评判方法。并对某重点区域防空两种雷达组网方案作战效能进行了模糊综合评判,实例分析结果表明该组网雷达作战效能模糊评判模型具有实用性,其评估结果可为防空雷达组网提供参考。
With the evolution of the modem war to network-centered war, radar netting has become a trend of air defense weapon system, and its fighting efficiency can give an ancillary decision for the radar netting of air defense system. In order to evaluate the fighting efficiency of radar netting, according to the characteristics of the fighting efficiency of radar netting the evaluation index system of the righting efficiency is presented using fuzzy mathematical method. A three-stage fuzzy combined evaluation model is established by means of the theory and methodology of fuzzy mathematical evaluation model, and the weight vectors of the index system are set up, the quantized evaluation for method the fighting efficiency of radar netting is introduced. The fuzzy evaluation of the fighting efficiency of two radametting schemes for an important area air defense is given, the practical example indicates the effectiveness of fuzzy combined evaluation model for the fighting efficiency of radar netting and the result can give a reference to the radar netting of the air defense system.
