Matching and Coordinating Monetary and Fiscal Policy

近年来,我国频繁运用财政政策与货币政策,并积极探索两者之间的合理搭配。从实践看,两个政策尚未达到协调的程度,改善的空间仍然很大。本文在深入研究的基础上,对财政政策与货币政策搭配的一般做法,近年来我国的实践,两项政策搭配中存在的问题以及如何提高财政政策与货币政策搭配效果进行了系统分析,以期对进一步完善我国财政政策与货币政策有所裨益。

Judging from practical experience, the matching and coordinating of monetary and fiscal policy is far from being ideal and cries for perfection. This article makes an in-depth study of the issue in terms of the general practice in this aspect both at home and abroad in hope of bringing forward suggestions for improving the quality of these policy manipulations.
