摘要
选择广东省游泳队20名运动员,研究最大强度负荷下负荷距离和负荷性质变化对游泳运动员负荷后机能状态的影响。结果表明:最大强度负荷后,血乳酸和心率并不呈同步变化趋势,心率指标的灵敏度较低,而血乳酸指标能较准确地区别游泳运动员机体承受不同负荷的变化。
20 swimmers of the Guangdong Provincial Team were selected to observe the change of different load distances and load character on the swimmers' functions after the load with the maximum intensity. The result indicates that with the maximum intensity,the changes in lactic acid are not synchronized with those of heart rates. The sensitivity of heart rate index is low. The index of lactic acid can accurately differentiate the changes of different loads the swimmers can undertake.
