The Present Condition of Talent Cultivation and Its Developmental Tendency of Chinese Secondary Sport Schools

中等体育运动学校(省区市级)是我国竞技体育后备人才培养的主要途径和基地,为我国竞技体育事业做出了重要的贡献。随着社会的发展和社会主义市场经济的建立与形成,中等体育运动学校也面临许多新的困难和挑战。通过分析中等体育运动学校的现状,阐述了制约此类运动学校发展的主要因素和体育后备人才培养面临的实际困难,对中等体育运动学校的发展趋势进行了展望,并提出了具体的改革措施。

The secondary (provincial level) sport school is the major channel and base of cultivating reserve talents for Chinese competitive sports and has made important contributions to Chinese sports. With the establishment of socialist market economy and social development, the secondary sport school is also faced with a lot of new difficulties and challenges. This paper analyses the present situation of secondary sports schools, elaborates the main restricting factors in the development, looks ahead at the developmental tendency of secondary sport schools. Some specific reform suggestions are made.
