作为一种大型复杂的旅游活动,奥运旅游的顺利运作需要一套完善的安全保障体系。从奥运旅游的安全问题入手,系统探讨了奥运旅游的安全保障体系的功能结构、组织结构及其配套支持体系,并以此为基础构建出其逻辑运作模式。

As a large-scale complex tourism activity, the smooth operation of Olympic tourism requires a perfect safeguard system. Proceeding with the safety of Olympic tourism, this paper probes the functional structure, organizing structure and supportive system of the safeguard system of Olympic tourism to construct a logical operating model.
