体育科技创新与竞技体育训练水平的关系探讨 被引量:26

The Relationship between Innovation in Sports Science and Technology and the Enhancement of Sport Training

摘要 为了探讨体育科技创新与提高我国竞技体育训练水平之间的关系,本研究系统分析了当前我国竞技体育发展水平、体育科技的现状及存在的主要问题。认为加快运动训练方法、理论和技战术的创新、训练监控和保障系统的科技创新,是提高我国竞技体育训练水平的关键。 In order to investigate the relationship between innovation in sports science and technology and the enhancement of sport training, the present condition of current Chinese sport development and sport science and technology as well as the main problems were analyzed in a systematic way. It is put forward that speeding the innovation of sports training methods, theory and techniques and strategies, monitoring sports training and guaranteeing the scientific innovation of the system are the keys to improving China's sports training.
