The Current Situation of High-level Basketball Coach Teams in Chinese Colleges and Universities and the Countermeasures

通过对我国普通高校在试办高水平篮球队教练员队伍现状进行了调查与分析,并根据我国国情,提出试办高水平篮球队教练员队伍的选拔使用与对策。

Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of high-level basketball coach teams in Chinese colleges and universities as well as China's conditions, this article advanced some countermeasures such as selection in managing the high-level basketball coach teams.
