摘要
设计开发了通用型化工过程在线测量数据校正与模拟优化系统 CPDRS,并在化工装置上得到应用 ,取得了满意的结果。着重探讨了目前过失误差侦破方法的局限性 ,提出了过程模拟与统计检验相结合的组合检验法 ;分析了线性与非线性数据校正的特点 ,提出了组合校正法。首次提出了对测量数据进行预处理的时间序列分析法 ,既增加了测量数据的冗余度 ,又提高了数据校正的速度和校正值的精度 ,可充分利用 DCS的大量历史数据 ,适用于在线数据校正过程 ;
An universal chemical process on line data reconciliation,simulation and optimization system was developed.The result was satisfactory when the system applied in typical chemical processes.The limitation of current gross error detection techniques was discussed emphatically and a combined detection technique of combining the process simulation with statistic detection was presented.The cheracteristics of linear and non linear data reconciliation were analyzed and a combined reconciliation method was presented. The time series analysis technique for the data pretreatment was applied, which not only increased the data redundancy,but also improved the reconciliation speed and precision of the data reconciliation.The technique can make good use of the vast historical data taken from DCS and is suitable to be used in on line data reconciliation process. In addition,the compound physical properties database and its estimation method were discussed.
