摘要
结合固体超强酸催化剂的结构特点 ,研究了乙酸与正丁醇进行非均相催化酯化反应的动力学方程。通过不同温度下酯化反应实验得到的动力学参数发现 ,酯化反应在固体超强酸催化剂作用下为脱附反应所控制的二级可逆反应 ,反应活化能为 42 .2 9k J· mol- 1,频率因子 k0 为 3.0 1 7× 1 0 3( mol· L- 1· min) - 1,确定了动力学方程 。
A kinetic model of the heterogeneous esterification of acetic acid with n butyl alcohol was formulated based on the structure of solid superacid. Kinetic parameters were obtained by experiments carried out at various temperatures.The results show that the reaction can be considered as a second order reversible reaction controlled by desorption,and kinetic parameters k 0=3.017×10 3 (mol·L -1 ·min) -1 , E a=42.29 kJ·mol -1 ,and the kinetic equation was obtained.
