琼北地区秋播花豆试验初报

A preliminary report on the cultivation test of autumn-sowing"Huadou"(Lablab sp.) in the northern part of Hainan

介绍了琼北地区秋季播种花豆的试验结果.实验表明,花豆在海南种植表现为多年生特性;在琼北地区秋播花豆由于经历冬末春初的低温阶段,故第一个生长季节的历期较长,达237d;第一个生长季节内的干豆(干种子)产量为66226.5kg hm2.按目前40元 kg的价格估算,产值可达24.9万元 hm2以上.因此,琼北地区花豆秋播是可行的.由于花豆是一种新引进的作物,该文作者对其植物学特征特性及农艺性状(特别是产量性状)作了系统的观测,以便为琼北地区今后发展花豆种植业提供第一手观测资料和科学依据.

This paper expounds on the autumn-sowing cultivation test in the northern part of Hainan. The experiment showed that'Huadou', cultivated in the north of Hainan, is perennial, and that the developing duration in the first growth season is as long as 237 days due to the low-temperature stage from late winter to early spring, and that the yield of dry seeds is 6226.5 kg/hm^2. In the light of the current price (40 Yuan/kg), the output value is as high as more than 24.9 million yan/hm^2. Therefore the experimental results prove that it is feasible for 'Huadou' to be sowed in the north of Hainan in autumn. As 'Huadou' is a kind of crop newly imported, the author has systematically observed its botanic and agronomic characters, especially its yield characters, thus having obtained the first-hand observational data or the scientific basis for developing 'Huadou' plantation in the northern part of Hainan in the future.
