随着经济的发展和技术的进步 ,人们对医疗服务不断提出新的要求。医疗卫生服务也因此发生了较大变化 ,其重心正在从医院向家庭转移 ,从对急性和慢性疾病的处治向疾病预防和健康保健转变。为了实现降低医疗保健支出、提高生活质量和医疗服务质量的目标 ,需要找到一种新的解决方法并将其应用于公共医疗卫生服务中。本文主要介绍了关于移动远程医疗的国内外研究进展 。

With the development of economy and technology,people have new d emands for medical services.Accordˉingly,health services are changing drastically,with the emphasis shifting from hospital to home,and from treatment of acute and chronic diseases to prevention and wellness.The goals are to decrease health delivery cost and increase quality of life and quality of health services.It is necessary to adopt new solutions in health services to fulfill these goals.In this paper,we introduce the perspective of research on telemedicine through mobile telecommunications,and give a summary of technical problems which could be faced with.
