拉米夫定对猪呼吸繁殖综合征病毒的体外抑制作用研究

In vitro anti-porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus effect of Lamivudine

目的 研究拉米夫定体外对猪呼吸繁殖综台征病毒(PRRSV)的抑制作用,并为今后深入研究其作用机理提供分析物。方法 采用体外细胞培养,采用CPE法观察拉米夫定抑制PRRSV对Marc145细胞的致病力,确定其抗病毒作用强度。结果 拉米夫定体外对PRRSV具有较好的抑制作用,其有效浓度范围在5～20μg/ml,且预防性用药效果优于感染后用药。结论拉米夫定对PRRSV病毒有较好的抑制作用。

Purpose To observe anti-porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)virus effect of Lamivudine in vitro.Methods The maximal non-toxic concentration of Lamivudine on cultured Marc145 cells and PRRS virus were observed by cytophathic effect(CPE)method. Results In the range of 5～20 μg/ml, Lamivudine could protect Marc145 and inhibit significantly CPE under the different conditions of administration. Conclusion Lamivudine possesses the effect of anti-PRRS virus in vitro.
