摘要
基于知识管理的共性与差异,提出一种基于本体、知识处理模板与基于实例推理方法的可重构知识管理系统框架。在该框架中,知识被视为本体概念的对象实例,通过本体配置,可建立新的知识类别,克服了以往知识类型不能扩充的问题;通过本体、知识处理模板以及内嵌机制,系统自动生成用户界面,并可对不同类别进行区别或缺省处理。简要讨论了基于工作流程的协作知识生产方法。
Building a reconfigurable knowledge-management tool can save the cost of developing different tools for different enterprises. Based on the common and special features of requirements of knowledge-management, a new framework of reconfigurable knowledge-management systems is proposed by using ontology, knowledge process templates and case-based reasoning methods. In this framework, the knowledge instances are viewed as objects of certain concepts. New classes of knowledge are created through ontology configuration and evolution, so the problem of fixed types of knowledge in traditional approaches is solved. By means of the ontology and the knowledge process templates, the user interfaces can be automatically generated according to an inherent mechanism and the different types of knowledge can be processed accordingly. At last, issues such as the cooperative knowledge production with workflow systems are briefly discussed.
