摘要
目的 :探讨细胞凋亡和 EB病毒与经典型 Hodgkin淋巴瘤的相关关系。方法 :应用组织芯片、免疫组化和原位杂交双标记技术检测 p5 3、bcl- 2、细胞凋亡、L MP- 1、EBER在 6 2例经典型Hodgkin淋巴瘤中的表达。结果 :6 2例经典型 Hodgkin淋巴瘤中 1 4例表达 p5 3,35例表达 bcl- 2 ,37例EB病毒阳性 ;6 2例背景非肿瘤细胞均有细胞凋亡 ,而在 H- RS细胞仅有 1 0例凋亡 ;H- RS细胞表达bcl- 2与细胞凋亡呈负相关性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;所有标记与各种亚型均无相关性 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :细胞凋亡可能在经典型 Hodgkin淋巴瘤的生长与浸润方面起着重要作用 ,经典型 Hodgkin淋巴瘤属 EB病毒相关性 ,但它的作用机制尚不清楚。 CD30 结合其他抗体或探针双标记方法可以有针对性地对 H -
Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the expression patterns of apoptosis and EBV status,in relation to classicle Hodgkin lymphomas.Methods:A double immunohistochemical and in situ hybridization technique was used to detect the expression of p53,bcl 2,TdT mediated dUTP FITC nick end labelling as a measure of apoptosis,together with LMP 1 and EBER for EBV status on tissue microarray sections of 62 cases of `classical'HL.Results:The H RS cells of 62 classical Hodgkin lymphomas were p53 positive in 15,bcl 2 positive in 35 cases,and both EBV LMP 1 and EBER positive in 37 cases,there was complete concordance of results for EBV by both procedures.Apoptosis was found in the non neoplastic cellular background in all cases and in H RS cells in only 10 cases.There was a significant correlation between high expression of bcl 2 and a low score by apoptosis ( P <0.05).No correlation was found between expression of any of these markers in H RS cells and the sub types ( P >0.05).Conclusion:The apoptosis plays an important role in prompting CHL growth,and aggressiveness.The results provide evidence of an association with EBV.Whereas the pathogenesis of EBV in CHL still keep controversy.The CD 30 combine with other markers and probers is possible to do the personal study for H RS cells.
