摘要
介绍一种温度测量方法,研究此方法产生的误差以及误差修正的数学模型,把三维问题转化成二维问题来处理,使得编程和计算大为简化。研究结果表明:为提高低精度测量仪的精度,可以采用高精度测量仪器作为基准,由节点处的误差值构造误差曲线并通过软件修正仪器的测量误差;如误差曲线变化复杂,采用三次样条插值能取得很好的修正效果。修正后的相对湿度测量精度达到±3%R.H。
One of the humidity measurement methods is introduced.The measurement error and the mathematical model of error correction are studied.In order to simptify the programs writing the problem of three dimendions has been translated into the problem of two dimendions.Concludes indicate that not only we can use a high precision instrument as the standard to correct the measurement error by correction curve which is established according to the measurement points but also the application of cardinal splines has better effect when correction curve is complex.The humidity measurement precision arrives at ±3%R.H after correction.
