摘要
文章讨论了某型航空发动机温度场数据采集与处理系统的组成。采用系统标定方式和数字滤波技术大大提高了温度场测量的精度和稳定性;采用科学计算可视化技术绘制温度分布图,克服了传统等温线表示不直观、绘制费时费力的缺点。与传统的测试和处理方法相比,该系统具有测试精度高、处理结果直观明了的优点。
The data acquisition and process system for temperature field of some aeroengine is discussed in this paper.Measure ment precision and stabilization are improved by means of system calibration and digital filter.And pictures of temperature field painted with ViSC technology are more readable than those with isotherm.Compared with the old method,the measurement precision is much higher,and the pictures of temperature field is more palpable.
