Δ I Noise and Its Reduction Techniques in Digital Systems

摘要 数字系统中的ΔI噪声对系统的EMC的影响越来越重要,有关ΔI噪声的特性与抑制技术有许多亟待深入研究的问题。研究了数字系统中的ΔI噪声的产生与特点、主要危害及若干实用抑制技术,指出了抑制ΔI噪声的过程中一些不恰当的做法和亟待深入研究的问题。对ΔI噪声的特性与抑制技术的研究与应用具有指导作用。 The influence of Δ I noise on the EMC of digital systems is becoming more and more important, and many problems on Δ I noise and its reduction techniques are not resolved as yet.The causes,special features,main harmfulness,and some practical reduction techniques of Δ I noise are studied, and some unreasonable practice and problems pending further study in reducing Δ I noise are pointed out.This can be used for guiding the research and application of the characteristics and reduction techniques of Δ I noise.
