摘要
Effects of diets and daily harvesting rate on the result of cultured Moina mongolica were studied,by observation of the density,using different diets and different daily harvesting rate.The results showed:1.The density of M mongolica fed on the mixed diets of Chlorella autotrophica+ bread yeast were higher than those only fed on bread yeast or Chlorella autotrophica;The difference between Chlorella autotrophica+ bread yeast and Chlorella autotrophica was not significant(P>0.05), while the difference between Chlorella autotrophica+ bread yeast and bread yeast was significant(P<0.05).2.It was more effective of the daily harvesting rate at 20 % on increasing the population density of cultured M mongolica than the effect of daily harvesting ratio at 10 % or 30 % (P<0.05).
