激素、无机离子浓度及糖对苹博一号快繁生根的影响

The Effect of Auxin,Inorganic Ion Concentration and Sucrose onthe Root Formation of Shoot Rapid Propagation of № 1 Pingbo

研究探讨了激素、无机离子浓度及糖对苹博一号快繁生根的影响,结果表明:IAA0.5～2mg/L和IBA0.2～1mg/L时均能诱导出正常的根系;低浓度的无机离子和低浓度的糖有利于根原体的形成;试管苗生根时对糖的纯度要求很严。

This paper discusses the effect of auxin, inorganic ion concentration and sucrose on the root formation of shoot rapid propagation of № 1 Pingbo.The result showed that IAA 0.5～ 2 mg/L and IBA 0.2～ 1 mg/L can induce normal rootsystem;and low concentration inorganic ion and sucrose contribute to form original root;and shoot in vitro when forming roots require high purity sucrose.
