摘要
对企业竞争力的关注和研究始于20世纪70年代,到目前已经形成了众多有影响力的企业竞争力理论,但这些理论中都是以企业为着眼点的。从经济学角度分析了企业竞争力的来源就是消费者剩余,并以消费者为着眼点给出了企业竞争力的定义和从技术、质量、成本、服务等方面增强企业竞争力的途径和方法。通过换位思考,以消费者角度,重新审视企业竞争力,希望能够起到抛砖引玉的作用,对企业竞争力理论的发展能有些微的贡献。
People hes begun to concern and study the competitiveness of enterprises in 1970s and a great many of influential theories has come into being .However,most of them are aimed at enterprises themselves.By economic analysis,it is proved that the competitiveness of enterprises comes from the consumer surplus.The definition of competitiveness of enterprises is explained and its approach to enhance is further put forward.
