First Exploration of the Causes of Teacher's Violence

校园本是学生成长的乐园,可校园里也有阴霾———教师暴力就是其中的一种。教师暴力带给学生的往往是身体和心灵的双重伤害。我国自20世纪80年代以来,多次以法的高度明确了教师暴力是一种禁止作为,可教师暴力仍屡屡出现,禁而不止,个别案例令人发指。原因在于教师的教育观念落后、法律意识淡薄和综合素质较低三个方面。

A campus is originally a paradise for the growth of students, but there is also some haze in it — the teacher's violence is one of them. What the teacher's violence brings to the students is usually the twofold harmfulness of both body and mind. Since the 1980's, it has been clarified on many occasions from the high plane of law that teacher's violence is the prohibitive conduct, but teacher's violence still emerges repeatedly and someone even turns a deaf ear to the prohibition. Very few cases even make one feel extremely angry. The causes result from the following three respects: the backwardness of teacher's educational concepts, the weakness for legal consciousness and the lower condition of comprehensive quality.
