摘要
在环境问题日益突出的今天,为了更好地保护居民的法益,应该将环境权确定为具体的私权,这 样既可以加强对私权的保护,又有利于人类环境的改善,从而促进社会整体之进步。
Nowadays,the environment issues are very serious. In order to protect the rights of citizens,civil right to environment should be given to the citizen so as to improve the environment and make progress of the whole society.
