辐射交联对LDPE/PAS复合物PTC/NTC效应的影响

摘要 制备出了聚并苯(PAS)和低密度聚乙烯/聚并苯复合物 ,探讨了辐射交联对低密度聚乙烯 /聚并苯复合物室温电阻率和PTC/NTC效应的影响。低密度聚乙烯/聚并苯复合物经不同剂量辐照后 ,室温电阻率下降 ;PTC强度随辐照剂量的增加而增大 。 Polyacenic Semiconductor (PAS) and LDPE/PAS blend s were prepared in this paper. Effects of irradiation on room-temperature resistiv ity and PTC/NTC performance of LDPE/PAS blends were discussed. After LDPE/PAS bl ends were irradiated by different irradiation doses, their room-temperature resi stivity decreased, and their PTC intensity increased with the increase of irradi ation doses, but their NTC intensity decreased with the increase of irradiation doses.
