本文报导了水溶法生长KDP晶体。采用吊晶法测定了KDP晶体的溶解度曲线 ,讨论了溶解度与亚稳态之间的关系 ;确定了KDP晶体生长速率与溶解度曲线的关系 ;利用K2 CO3 调节溶液的pH值 ,实现了z切面点籽晶在溶液中均匀生长 40mm× 40mm× 50mmKDP晶体 ,在[0 0 1 ]和 [1 0 0 ]方向生长速率为 3- 5mm/ 2 4h ;

In this paper, the growth of KDP crystals by using so lu tion was reported. The solution curve of KDP crystal was measured through hang-c rystal method, and the relationship between solution and stable state was discus sed. The relationship of growth rate of KDP crystals and solution curve was give n. The pH value of the solution was regulated by using K2CO3. The KDP single cry stals have been grown on the Z-cut point seed. The growth rates reach to 3-5mm/2 4h in both the and directions. Finally the influence of the impu rity on the growth of KDP crystals was also analyzed.
