摘要
本文主要介绍了一种测量管状件轴线平行度的新方法。该方法采用激光准直技术结合数字图像处理技术来进行管状件轴类工件的两轴或多轴平行度的测量。其优点是无损检测、测量精度较高。
In this paper, we present a new method for measuring wo rk piece parallelism. The laser collimation technique combined with digital imag e processing technique is adopted to realize the measurement of parallelism of w ork piece with mono axis or multi-axes. The advantages are: detection with no br eak down, high measuring accuracy; easily realizing the measuring procedure with automation and intelligence.
