半干法制备高效活性白土新工艺的研究

Study on the Technics of Preparing High-Efficient Active White Clay by the Method of Half-dry

本文对膨润土采用半干法制备高效活性白土的生产机理和新工艺进行了探讨 ,并对影响产品质量和回收率的因素进行了分析 ,通过在活化反应中的实验现象及数据得出生产活性白土的最佳范围值 。

The produce mechanism and new technics of preparing hi gh -efficient active white clay by the method of half-dry was studied and the facto rs of effecting on the produce quality and recycle rate were analysed. The best ranges of producing active white clay were got by analysis the experiment phenom enon in the activation reaction and experiment data,and the optimal values were measured.
