摘要
为建立血栓闭塞性脉管炎(Thromboangitis obliterans TAO)的大鼠模型,采用烟草致敏、寒冻、注射TAO免疫提取物、影响激素水平等方法进行复制。通过体征观察、常规病理、扫描电镜观察、血液流变学等检查,并与已确诊的人类TAO比较,可基本确认研制结果符合血栓闭塞性脉管炎动物模型。同时对各种致病因素以及对模型复制的影响因素进行了较为客观的探讨。
The aim of this experiment is to develop a rat model with Thromboangitis Obliterans (TAO). The Wisar rats were treated with tobacoo sensitization, cold exposure, injection of TAO immune extract and altering of sexial hormone level, which are generally accepted as the impor-lant etiologic factors of TAO. Through observation of acromelic sign, pathological and electromi-croscopic scanning and hemorrheology examination, it was found all the changes occurred in these rat models were comparable to those of human TAO.
