摘要
比较白杨刨花与普通刨花的吸水性能,再通过动物实验,记录生长繁殖情况和有关指标,研究白杨刨花是否可作为实验动物垫料。结果表明,白杨刨花的吸水性能明显好于普通刨花,可较好的吸附动物的异味,实验组和对照组小鼠生长、繁殖性能指标间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。白杨刨花较普通刨花更适合于实验动物,安全、可靠、可大范围推广使用。
Through water-absorbing function experimen. and animal experimenr, comparing the effects of poplar shavings and general shavings to determine whether poplar shavings can be used as beddings. The water absorbed by poplar shavings is more than that of general shavings (P< 0. 05), the growth and breeding function between control group and experiment group is no dif-ferent (P>0. 05). It indicates that poplar shavings is safety, credibility, and should be expread-ed for a large range which is used an the bedding for laboratory animal
