摘要
报道了L-3菌株的分离、筛选及鉴定。L-3菌株是革兰氏阴性专性好氧菌,毛发体无色、滑行、毛发体具屈绕性,在限氧条件下可诱导合成一种血红蛋白。血红蛋白用N,N,N′,N′-四甲基-对苯二胺来鉴定,迅速生成紫色标志血红蛋白存在。L-3菌株可积累PHB,被鉴定为透明颤菌(Vitreoscillasp.)。L-3菌株细胞提取液经过电泳,显出细胞内蛋白在供氧和限氧条件下的差异。
The strain L-3 was a Gram-negative obligate aerobe.The L-3 was described as a group of hairy cirrose filament colorless,gliding microorganisms that were essentially colorless non-sulfide-oxidizing beggiatoas.The strain L-3 cells formed chains of cells with the distinct separations between cells.The strain L-3 contained Vitreoscilla Hemoglobin (VHb) in cells,Vitreoscilla Hemoglobin was tested with N,N,N′,N′,-tetramethyl-p-phenylendiamine.Rapid formation of a purple colour was considered as positive.The strain L-3 contained the poly-β-hydroxybutyrate acid (PHB).The strain L-3 was named Vitreoscilla sp..The Vitreoscilla′s most important property was the ability to produce the Vitreoscilla Hemoglobin (VHb) by dissolved oxygen at the level of restriction.The VHb participated oxygen binding in the process of cell metabolism and growth in the hypoxic habitats.
