摘要
本文对近年来国内外关于外界物质对血液超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性影响的研究进行了综述.得知三硝基甲苯、花粉和紫外线等导致血液SOD活性升高;高压氧、微波辐射、铅和锰等使血液SOD活性降低;同时对SOD活性改变的生理学意义和几种重要的SOD测活方法进行了比较全面的介绍.
Studies of home and abroad on the influence of external sustances on the activity of blood superoxide dismutase(SOD)are reviewed in this article.Trinitrotoluene,pollen and ultraviolet ray are known to be factors that could increase SOD activity in blood,while hyperbaric oxygen, micro wave radiation and some heavy metals such as lead and manganese could decrease SOD activity in blood.The physiological significance of the change of SOD activity and several determination methods on SOD activity are also summarized in this review.
