摘要
介绍了在Windows平台上利用VB 6.0作为前端应用程序开发环境 ,配合后端服务器SQLServer 7.0数据库设计开发的工程项目经营计划管理系统。并详细阐述了该系统的结构设计、功能特点及编程技巧。
This paper introduces a project running & planning management system of an engineering institute in Shanghai.The system is developed by using VB6.0 as foreground application program compiling environment together with SQL Server 7.0 as its background.In this article,the structural design,function features and programming skills of the system are discussed in detail.
