Safety Assessment of Heat Exchanger with Depression Stricken

两台换热器在运输途中发生碰撞 ,壳体局部形成撞击凹坑 ,为了判断换热器是否可在未经修复的情况下直接投入使用 ,对换热器进行了安全评定。先通过水压试验考核其安全性 ,检查有无泄漏问题 ;再进行应力测试获得膜应力及凹坑应力 ,并进行应力评定。结果表明换热器是安全的 ,可以使用。

Crash happened during transportation resulted in several depressions on two heat exchangers. Safety assessment was adopted to decide whether the heat exchangers could be used without repair. Hydra-pressure test was used to check the safety and leakage of the heat exchanger, and then stress test was conducted to get the membrane stress and depression stricken stress to evaluate. The heat exchanges were proved soundness, so can be used.
