摘要 目的 :探讨表皮生长因子 (EGF)、转化型生长因子 β1(TGF β1)、白细胞介素 1α(IL 1α)三种与角膜关系密切的细胞因子于PRK手术前后在泪液中的含量 ,并寻求其术后短期内的变化规律。方法 :于PRK术前及术后 1d ,2d ,10d及 1个月在患者下睑结膜囊内抽取泪液标本。采用双抗体夹心ABCELISA法进行检测。结果 :在PRK术前至术后 1个月的随访期间 ,EGF和IL 1α无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。术后第1天泪液中TGF β1含量较术前降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :PRK手术前后EGF和IL 1α无明显变化 ,可能是该种细胞因子对维持细胞稳态起作用 ,或是通过其他细胞因子发挥作用。而TGF β1在术后 1d含量较术前下降 ,致使其对EGF的抑制作用相对减低 ,给细胞增殖移行提供机会 ,尽快恢复其屏障功能 ,之后TGF β1又恢复至术前水平 ,与其他因子形成新的动态平衡 ,共同调节术后角膜创面的修复愈合。 Objective:To investigate the concentration of cytokines,EGF?TGF-β 1?and IL-1α,in tears before PRK,and postoperatively,to identify the short-term changes.Methods:The ELISA method was used to measure the concentration of cytokines preoperatively and 1 day,2 days,10 days and one month postoperatively.Results:There were no significant differences in the concentration of EGF and IL-1α in tears pre- and postoperatively(P>0.05). At one day postoperatively,the concentration of TGF-β 1 in tears had decreased compared to preoperative levels(P<0.05).Conclusion:Corneal wound healing after PRK is a complex process and corneal trauma may cause variations in cytokine concentrations. Cytokines may attain a new balance and have an effect on corneal wound healing.
