摘要
采用共沉淀-焙烧法制成了Ln2O3/MgO(Ln=Nd,Sm,Er)担载型催化剂。该型催化剂比表面大,分散性好。在催化合成IOP中效果明显,且使Ln2O3的用量减少80%左右。
The catalytic esterification of rare earth oxides to synthesize plasticizer IOP was further improved by using the supported catalyst Ln_2O_3(MgO)(In=Nd,Sm,Er).The catalyst was prepared by coprecipitation-calcinations method,the increased catalytic activity was due to the high dispersion of rare earth ions on the surface of MgO.On the other hand,the amount of rare earth oxide used inh this method was reduced by about 80%,so the total production cost was much lowered.
