摘要
为降低生产成本 ,进行了电解合金的加热炉熔炼试验 ,考察了加热温度、保温时间及浇铸模冷热状态下的镝铁合金晶粒形状、大小及合金中熔盐夹杂程度,以找出最佳生产工艺条件。
In order to decrease production costs and find out the better technical conditions,the smelting test with heating furnace of electrolytic alloyhas been done.In the test,the heatingtemperature,holdingtime,the grain formand size of dysˉprosiumferroalloyunderthe state ofcoolingand heatingofthe castingmodel as well as the degree offused saltinclusioninthe alloy are investigated.
