筛分作业中分离粒度的研究

Research on Separation Size in Material Screening Operation

分离粒度是筛分作业最重要的指标。文章对分离粒度的概念进行了诠释,认为分离粒度实际上是一个随机变量,进而探讨了分离粒度的确定方法,明确了分离粒度、分配粒度和等误粒度三者之间的关系,指出通过调整筛分机的工作参数,使筛分作业的规定粒度同筛分机的分离粒度重合是充分发挥筛分机效能的必要条件。

Separation size is an important index in material screening operation. Explanation is made in the paper on conception of separation size and it hold that separation size, in fact, is a random variable and based on this, the method for determining separation size is studied, thus the relationship among separation size, distribution size and equal error size is confirmed. It is pointed that the necessary condition for obtaining higher screen operation performance is to make the specified screening separation size coincide with the separation size of a screen by means of adjusting screen operation parameters.
